recently under new ownership.

My name is Gary and I am delighted to announce that I am the new owner of Plymouth Travel. Plymouth Travel has been running for the past 24 years, owned by Cyril Steer and having previously traded as Dartmoor Safari’s. I have been an employee of the company for the last 18 months and having built up a good relationship with many returning customers and knowing Cyril was keen to retire; I decided now was a good time to takeover.

Whilst the travel industry is currently in turmoil owing to Coronavirus, I am confident people will return to foreign holidays once it’s safe to do so. Just because you cannot currently travel abroad, it doesn’t mean you can’t go on holiday! I have taken many bookings for the remainder of this year already, including family trips to Center Parcs and Butlins and also Hen do’s and Stag do’s to Newcastle and Liverpool amongst others. Why not think about a staycation this year?

 Covid-19 Precautions

We provide our clients with face masks, antibacterial wipes and sanitiser for their journey and ensure our drivers also comply with the correct protocol. We endeavour to make sure that our vehicles are comprehensively cleaned using NILCO cleaning sprays between journeys to reduce any cross-contamination. We will ensure air circulation occurs whether that is air conditioning or by opening windows when possible.
